Customlasercutstuff

Very easy to use and fast

This was the perfect gift to recognize a change in leadership at my company. Seller was very responsive and worked with me until we had the engraving exactly right. Item arrived on time and was well received. Will definitely work with them again if a need arises.

Ed took my idea and made it even better than I imagined. The batons turned out perfect for my ceremony. His care factor in helping me do something I wanted to be memorable is a rare find. I highly recommend him and will look at using him in the future. Thank you Ed!

Ed was exceptional to work with! These batons made a great gift for my track team, and everything was very personalized. I will be using Ed in the future as much as I can!!!

If I could give Ed 6 stars out of 5, I would! I was very impressed and grateful for his customer service. He was very prompt in his response, and went above and beyond to help make this custom baton exactly what I wanted and the purchase meet my needs, while being very kind and pleasant! He shipped both of my custom orders very quickly after I ordered them and they arrived much in advance of when I needed them, which I am also so grateful for! The packaging was intentional and made sure I received the custom items safely, and I am very satisfied with the colors, the laser cutting, and the batons! I really appreciate your business, Ed, and I plan to continue ordering from you every year—thank you!

Exactly what we ordered and the box the order came in was as beautiful as the order… with all of the information that we requested to be on the baton, displayed beautifully on the box. That extra care and detail was as impressive as the actual product we ordered.

2nd time purchasing and again very impressed with the customer service and quality of items.

Wow, I am impressed with the service, quality, craftsmanship, fast production and shipping of this item. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with this purchase, which is one of the best purchases I’ve made on Etsy. Communication with seller was great, the items were carefully and attentively packaged, and even better than the pictures. Seller deserves every star !
