IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RECENTLY PAINTED WALLS
DO NOT apply vinyl decals to walls painted within the last 4-6 months with “NO VOC”, LOW VOC, “ZERO VOC” or stain blocker paints. As the paint dries, there are compounds that are given off in the fumes, which can get trapped under the vinyl. This can begin a chemical reaction with the adhesive causing bubbling, or the decal to fall off the wall. This is why it's important to wait 6 months, instead of the usually recommended 4-6 weeks.
