What if my order arrives later then expected?
Transit time can vary and cause delays sometimes, particularly during the holiday season. While we do our best to work with the timeline of your event, we cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date. Once a shipping label is created, it is brought to the post office, and changes to your order are no longer accepted. While it is brought to the post office ASAP, packages may not be scanned/picked up right away. We cannot guarantee an arrival date of when you'll get your order by and we are unable to accept any returns or provide refunds due to shipping.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since each order is custom and made personalized for you, returns/refunds for any reason are not accepted.
What if I want my order by a specific date?
If you're looking to have an item by a certain date, please make sure to message us PRIOR to placing the order. While we cannot guarantee a date that you'll receive an order by, we do our best to expedite the processing time when we can.
