Payment for your item is made using Paypal. If you don’t already have a Paypal account it’s easy to set one up. If you don’t want to register with Paypal you can use a credit or debit card via the Paypal site, just follow the instructions on screen.

I use environmentally friendly biodegradable mailers, reusable grip seal bags and recyclable jewellery boxes.

Your item will be packaged and shipped within three business days of payment being received for your purchase, but usually next day.

I ship internationally!

Domestic items (UK) are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives within three working days. Items sent overseas will be shipped by UK Royal Mail Airmail. If you would like extra security I can send your item by tracked delivery, but this may cost slightly more so please contact me first if you want this service.

Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or other receiving fees incurred. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Each Piece is Unique!

Every piece is handmade, there are no machines involved during the making process. That means each stitch sewn, each pattern created, each mark made is a one off – I couldn't repeat the process even if I wanted to! This does mean that where I have listed a couple of one particular 'type' of item, each and every one is going to be unique, so the item you receive may not be 'exactly' the same as the one in the picture. However the colours, materials and every thing else used to make the items in that range will be the same, it might just happen that a 'swirl' of colour is in a different place, a stitch might be bigger and so on. Be safe in the knowledge that no one else will have the same item as you, it is a one-off!
