1 out of 5 starsI’m not sure of the quality bc the item was poorly packaged. By the time it arrived it was it a brown envelope without any protective packaging so the print was bent up with creases in it that caused whit marked where ink was supposed to be. The item was unusable. When I reached out to the seller for a refund with photos proving this and explaining it was due to packaging negligence, they argued that the ink was still in tact and therefore still usable, and that it was packaged perfectly fine and denied my refund. This was the most unprofessionally packaged sublimation print I have ever received. It has no protection from weather or getting bent. This seller doesn’t handle criticism well over minor things and doesn’t know how to make things right with customers. Shoppers beware!!!

Copy and paste from messages: The packages were absolutely properly packaged and mailed. Once they leave my shop I have no control over how they are handled and ultimately delivered. From your photos it is obvious that the sublimation ink is not damaged and can still be used for its intended purpose, which is to transfer the sublimation ink through a high heat transfer onto an item the buyer chooses to transfer onto. Therefore the request for a refunded will not be honored. The item is not damaged, is useable, and, therefore, not eligible for a refund. I have been professional and upfront about every single phase of your order. I do not appreciate nor will tolerate disrespect. I have sent identical sublimation prints to other buyers without incident. Have the day you deserve :)
