Like in no. 1 Best customer service , detailed updates ,over the top in all aspects . My sculpture came from Germany and Oleksandr would give constant updates on where my order was and He has a great calming effect and you just know that he is there for you ! So no worries at all and he has his small business completely covered . The quality of my Alien was great and the design/details flawless . Awesome Artisan Craftsmanship and the packaging was great Considering all of the parcel areas that an overseas order goes through , all went as Oleksandr said it would .
