Where can I find/download my purchased digital art?
Embroidery files can be found just a few minutes after your confirmed purchase by going into your Purchases and Reviews tab by clicking your Etsy account button. There you will be able to download your purchased files. You can redownload your purchased files anytime you log in and recheck your Purchases & Reviews. Etsy App does not offer a download file option, using your device browser is the best option.
I am not able to find my download notification email or Etsy receipt / I purchased from your shop, but I do not have an Etsy account.
Try checking your spam or junk inbox first. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list to locate these emails in the future.
When purchasing as a guest you are able to download your purchase through the link download found in your transaction receipt email from Etsy. If you are having trouble finding your e-receipt, try checking your spam or junk inbox first. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list to locate these emails in the future.
