Why don't you offer frames with your prints?
Frames are too large and heavy for us to provide free/ good value shipping, unfortunately.
Any frames seen are for mock-up purposes.
Where is the best place to get frames?
Our prints are compatible with readily available store-bought frames. Our favorite choice is IKEA. You can easily find affordable frames from online retailers like Amazon, Target, Michael's, and Walmart. Home furnishing stores like West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, CB2 also sell gallery frames at a higher price point.
When will I receive my Art Print? (other items shipping time will be in item description)
Once payment is received, the print takes 2-5 business days production time before shipping. Please add the shipping time below to the production time to estimate when you will receive your order.
Below are the shipping estimates*:
USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 3-10 business days
UK: 4-6 business days
EU: 3-9 business days
Australia: 3-12 business days
New Zealand: 4-11 business days
Asia Pacific: 5-18 business days
Everywhere else: 7-18 business days

Packaging
Art prints are shipped in a plastic-free recyclable triangular kraft box.
My print came rolled up, how do I get the curl out of my print?
I suggest laying your print out on a clean flat surface and placing a clean smooth flat heavy object like books flat on top. Let it flatten overnight.
Holiday
Please allow extra time for holidays. This will apply closer to Christmas time.
My item arrived misprinted/damaged/lost in transit how long do I have to submit a claim?
Having an art print arrive misprinted/damaged is a real bummer. On the rare occasion that happens, please contact me ASAP with a detailed description of the problem and include quality photos showing the issue. Claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date, and I will do my best to help.
