Do you offer personalization and fully custom orders?

Yes, absolutely! I offer custom personalization to make your leather good truly one-of-a-kind. You can choose between traditional hot stamping (embossing) or precise laser engraving (perfect for initials, names, or short messages). Also, as a leather craftsman, I can create completely customized new items for you. If you have a specific design in mind, please message me to discuss the details!

What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
• If your order has not shipped yet: Please contact me immediately via Etsy messages with the correct address, and I will gladly update it for you.
• If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, I cannot change the destination while the package is in transit. We will have to wait until the postal service returns the package to me. Once I receive it, I can reship it to your correct address (please note that the buyer is responsible for the secondary shipping costs).

What are the estimated shipping times to my country?

I ship worldwide from Ukraine. Estimated delivery times are:
• USA: 8–20 days
• Europe: 7–20 days
• Canada: 8–25 days
• United Kingdom: 5–15 days
• Other countries: 10–27 days
Once your order is shipped, I will attach a tracking number to your order so you can easily monitor your package's journey. There is no need to worry!

How can I make a return or exchange?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible, non-personalized item:
• First, please contact me via messages to let me know.
• You have 14 days from the delivery date to ship the item back to me.
• Refunds are issued ONLY after I receive the item back in its original, brand-new condition. All tags, boxes, and components must be included. If the item is incomplete or used, a refund cannot be issued.
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items that are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
• Items with custom modifications (specific sizes, shapes, etc.).
• Personalized items (with laser engraving or stamping).
• Fully custom-made orders.
• Items damaged by the customer.

What if I made a mistake with my chosen size, color, or engraving details?

• If you notice a mistake before your item is made or shipped, please contact me immediately! I can easily update your order details.
• If the item has already been made or shipped, I cannot change it. Since personalized and custom-sized items are non-refundable, please double-check your details before placing an order. If the item is standard (eligible for return), you can return it and place a new order, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How can I pay with a credit card instead of PayPal?

Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You can still pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal as a guest. Here is how:
1. In your cart, click "Pay with PayPal." You will be temporarily redirected to the PayPal website.
2. Skip the login section and click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."
3. Enter your card details, billing address, and email (so PayPal can send you a receipt).
4. Click "Continue" to return to Etsy.
5. Important: Your payment will not be processed until you click "Submit Order" on the Etsy page to finalize the purchase.

I received a damaged item or the wrong item. What should I do?

I am so sorry if this happened! I pack every order very carefully, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me immediately. Please attach a few clear photos of the item and the packaging in your message. I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly and make things right for you.

Why does my leather item have small marks or color variations?

I work with premium genuine leathers, like Full-Grain and Crazy Horse. These natural materials are famous for their durability. Small marks, slight color variations, or light scuffs are not defects—they are natural characteristics of high-quality leather. As you use your item, it will develop a rich, beautiful patina that makes it entirely unique to you!
