To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your initials, email address, postal address, phone number, payment information, and details of the product you are ordering.

I use this information exclusively to fulfill your order, resolve disputes, and provide customer support.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, namely:
- to provide my services;
- to comply with legal obligations;
- to pursue my legitimate interests, such as improving my services and complying with Etsy's Terms of Use.
3. Information sharing and disclosure to third parties:
Personal information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, such as collaboration with Etsy, external service providers, and for legal compliance.
- Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the platform's Terms of Use.
- Service providers: I engage reliable third parties to perform functions and provide services (for example, delivery and postal companies).
- In the event of a sale or merger of my business, I may disclose your information only to a limited extent and as permitted by law.
4. How long I keep personal information:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and to comply with legal and tax obligations. Generally, this period is 4 years.
5. Transfers of personal information outside of Europe:
I may sometimes store and process your information through third-party service providers in the US and other jurisdictions. If such a transfer occurs, I rely on modern data protection standards and platform certifications (including Google Cloud and Etsy's internal protocols) to ensure the security of your information in accordance with legal requirements.

✅ Discounts and price difference
**If you purchased an item without a discount, and after some time a discount appeared on the same item in my shop, please note that I do not refund the price difference.
✅ Material Disclaimer
Premium genuine leather (especially Crazy Horse) has its own unique characteristics. Minor scuffs, color variations, or light scratches that appear on the leather are not defects. This is a natural characteristic of the material that gives the product a vintage look and a unique patina. Claims regarding the natural properties of genuine leather are not grounds for a return or exchange.
✅ Returns and Exchanges
** Items NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- If any custom changes were made to the item at the client's request (size, shape, etc.).
- If laser engraving or stamping (embossing) was applied to the item.
- If the item was created entirely according to the buyer's individual wishes.
- If the item was damaged or ruined by the client.
- Digital products (PDF, CDR patterns) are non-returnable and funds for them are non-refundable. However, you can always contact me, and I will try to help resolve your situation.
** If you wish to return a non-personalized item:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back to the seller.
- Refunds will be issued ONLY after the item is received back in its original (brand new) condition.
- The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
- Mandatory condition: the original appearance of the item must be preserved. All tags, boxes, and other components must be kept and shipped back with the item. If the item is incomplete or missing its tags, a refund will not be possible, as the item will have lost its value.
**If a return or exchange is made for any other (permissible) reason, all shipping costs, additional taxes, and duties are still paid by the buyer.
✅ Shipping
- Shipping in my shop is free for most countries. For exceptions, shipping is paid, but you only pay a fraction of the cost, as I, the seller, cover the majority of the shipping fees.
- When shipping to certain countries, additional costs may arise (for example, parcel storage fees or customs duties/taxes of the destination country). My shop is not responsible for these additional costs, and they are non-refundable on my end. Please check your country's import regulations before purchasing.
**Delivery Delays:
My shop is located in Ukraine. Delivery to other countries may take some time. Unfortunately, transit delays caused by postal services can occur.
- If you ask me to help find out what is happening with your parcel and why it is delayed, I will gladly help you investigate.
- If it is officially confirmed that your parcel was lost by the postal service, I will send you a new one or issue a refund.
- Please note: I do not provide financial compensation for moral or any other damages caused by delivery delays. Shipping times are calculated and depend entirely on the postal services, not the shop owner.
- If you have any questions, you can always contact me, and I will definitely try to help you.
✅ Custom Orders and Duties
- If an item was created according to your personal wishes, template, or was developed by me with your step-by-step approval, but you do not like the final result - I do not issue refunds for such orders.
- As a seller, I am not responsible for any additional fees or customs duties that you may be required to pay upon receiving the parcel in your country. I do not refund these amounts.
✅ Engraving and Stamping (Embossing)
1. Missing information:
If you did not specify what kind of engraving or stamp you want, the item will be shipped without it.
2. Incomplete information (font, style, location):
If you provided the text for engraving/stamping but did not specify the font (style) or location, there are several ways to resolve this:
- Clarification: I will contact you for clarification, and you can reply with the desired style and exact location. Accordingly, I will fulfill the engraving/stamp based on your wishes.
- Standard placement: If you do not clarify the font or location, the engraving may be executed in the style and placed as shown in the main listing photo. Alternatively, if the engraving is complex or cannot be done in the style shown in the photo, it will be done using the standard "Bookman Old Style" font.
- Right to refuse: If the engraving is complex and cannot be done in the style of the main photo or with the "Bookman Old Style" font, I (the shop owner) reserve the right not to do the engraving or stamp at all, as it is a free addition to the order and not a mandatory option.
3. Stamp (embossing) color:
If you specified the text for stamping but did not specify the stamp color and do not reply to messages asking for clarification, the stamp will be made colorless (blind embossing) or will not be made at all.
4. Errors in details (Liability):
- Buyer's liability: If you made a mistake in the word, location, engraving/stamp style, or other details affecting the final result, I am not responsible for this. The item or funds are non-refundable in such cases.
- Seller's liability: If I, as the seller, make a mistake in the engraving, the situation will be resolved in personal correspondence with the client in your favor.
5. Making changes (The 1-Hour Rule):
- Successful change: If you made a mistake with the word, location, style, or other details of the engraving and noticed it after placing the order, you can contact me within 1 hour of purchase, and I will correct the provided information.
- Refusal of change: If you report an error in the engraving details more than 1 hour after placing the order, and the order is already completed or in the process of being shipped, this means the item is finished and cannot be changed, exchanged, or returned. In this situation, you will need to place a new order with the correct information.
