1 out of 5 starsNever again, unbelievably does not build what the customer wants and immediately issues an invoice. The customer's request is not taken into account. He builds what he means and not what the customer wants and needs. Absolute rubbish. The 25€ I would have saved customers. There are much better ones at Etsy that really show what you buy and whether that fits the idea. To me, this is fraud. And I'll report it to Etsy and PayPal. My worst experience in Etsy with this provider.

He requested various features for the project: staking, custom crypto list, and logs. Not only I fulfilled the requests, I went above and beyond by creating two additional charts to meet his needs. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the customer falsely claimed that the file did not meet his requirements and threatened to leave a negative review. Regardless of my attempts to resolve the issue and provide clear instructions and explanations, he persistently demanded a refund. It's important to note that if the customer's claims were truly legitimate, both Paypal and Etsy's policies would have automatically refunded them and this negative review would not be possible. This behavior suggests that the customer is simply seeking a free product without any regard for the time and effort put into the project
