Frequently asked questions
Estimated Delivery & Processing Time
Please check your tracking number for an estimated delivery time. We typically process orders within 4-7 business days and only ship orders over the weekend. Estimated standard shipping is between 3-5 business days. For international delivery times, please see your tracking information to find an estimated arrival time.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.
Damaged Orders
We do our best to ensure your items are protected and arrive on time. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as best we can. Please make sure to keep all original packaging and products to better assist our investigation.
Late & Lost Orders
If your order has been marked as “delivered,” but is missing, please contact your shipping courier. They may be able to provide more information with your tracking number. Please also check for any delivery notices for pickup at your local post office or at your door as sometimes packages are left there. Please refer to your tracking information on your package’s location and estimated arrival time. We have the same amount of information as you have about your package.
If your return is lost in transit (due to the courier), it is unfortunately outside our control, and it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to follow up.
Invalid Address, Return to Sender
If your address is either invalid or incomplete and cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
If your order is “Returned to Sender,” we will only refund the products and not the shipping fees.
Address Changes & Redirecting Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped. Once the shipment is in transit or delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. We are unable to forward or redirect any packages.
Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible products. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Exchanges are not available for any items.
Products exempt from returns: digital goods, stickers, stationary, pins, and prints
Only products that are damaged in transit or defective are eligible for replacement depending on availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
To be eligible for a refund, please include the following to better assist our investigation:
1. A brief description of the issue
2. A picture of your order and original packaging
Based on our findings, we will reject/approve and issue a refund.
Pin Grading
Standard pins - the highest quality pins, but may have few minor flaws due to the handmade nature of enamel pins.
B grade pins - these pins have some noticeable flaws including:
- small specks of dust/color/marks
- uneven lines/finish
Second-grade pins - pins will have major noticeable flaws including:
- missing/overflow enamel fills
International Shipping, Taxes, & Duties
We currently ship worldwide to select countries on Etsy and on our official shop. A list of international shipping options is available at fuwuffle.com. For international delivery times, please see your tracking information to find an estimated arrival time.
Duties and customs fees may apply to customers residing outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that are incurred during delivery. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred when receiving the items.
