5 out of 5 starsThe sun catcher was even better than the images made it seem! It’s everything and more than I thought and such a great design to honour my puppy! Hopefully I don’t need to buy another one any time soon but would definitely buy again and/or recommend it to people I know.

5 out of 5 starsEverything was perfect. From customer service to product, I couldn't be more satisfied. Jeni made me a custom order to remember my fur baby by and she was so gentle and nice through such an awful time. She made it even better ny adding additional details and giving me the chance to be able yo remove them if I wanted to which I didnt because they were perfect. Now my fur baby can be on his favorite window still sunbathing.

5 out of 5 starsWell, I finally got it after it was sent through three different countries and I was tariffed to the teeth. My understanding was that it was coming from California as that is where the initial shipping label was printed. Got unpleasantly surprised by the actual final charges between the tariffs and shipping. To add insult to injury, customs held this up for a little over three weeks. That isn’t the shop’s fault but yikes. No I wouldn’t recommend this shop. The suncatcher was nice but not for the price and the misrepresentations made.

As shown on shop page and on all shipping labels, I operate my business from a small town in Ontario, Canada. USPS tracking shows no transit through 3 countries and confirms delivery 10 business days after carrier handoff. The package entered customs Aug. 18, cleared Aug.21, left California Aug.22, and was delivered Aug.29. It was not held for “over three weeks.” All U.S.-bound packages are sent DDP, with applicable tariffs prepaid through the carrier.If you were charged separately at delivery, please provide proof; I will refund any verified duplicate charge. You are entitled to your opinion of the product, but presenting unsupported claims as facts is unacceptable.
