Can you send a card direct to the recipient?
Yes, I can send a card direct to the recipient.
Please add a note at checkout stating it is to go direct to the recipient and add the message you would like inside of the card. Make sure to change the delivery name and address to the recipient.
Please make it very clear that it's to be sent direct to the recipient as it isn't always obvious.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of my products being personalised I DO NOT offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order please contact me on Etsy messenger.
Can I change the wording on the front of the card?
Yes, if you would like any wording changed please leave a note in the personalisation box with the required wording. Please make it clear you would like it changed as it isn't always obvious.
My postal address is incorrect - what can I do?
If your order has not yet been dispatched please message me and let me know the correct address and I will amend this.
If your order has already been dispatched this is not my responsibility and you will unfortunately need to resubmit the order with the correct address.
My order hasn't arrived in time for an occasion - Can I have my money back?
No, I cannot be held responsible for orders being held up with Royal Mail. Orders are not classed as 'lost' until 10 working days have passed for 2nd Class post and 7 working days for Tracked postage. It's only at this point that I will be able to offer a refund and make a claim with Royal Mail.
