Custom and personalised orders

I’m open to custom and personalised orders where possible. Please email and I will respond as soon as possible.

Cancellations and returns

No cancellations accepted. However, please email and I’ll be happy to offer exchanges. Due to safety issues, we can only accept returns if product is unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that the refund doesn’t include the shipping fee.

We’ll work with you to discover a solution if an order comes in with manufacturing flaws, the wrong size, or other apparent mistakes. However, if a consumer decides against a purchase, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other unusual treatment will be given.

Sale items

Sales items can only be returned if they’re defective and not as described. Feel free to email if there’s an issue with your order. Thank you

Damaged items

We always ensure products sent out are in great condition, and as described. However, if your product arrives damaged, or not as described, you must notify within 7 days of receipt with photo proof. Items sent back within 7 days of receipt.

We will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us unused, and in original packaging.
We will not accept liability if we weren’t notified within the stipulated time. After the time stated, you (the buyer) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Health and Safety

We do not accept used items. We will carry out quality checks before dispatching your order.
For health and safety reasons, please do not return products if you’ve had or been exposed to covid whilst the product was in your possession. We do not have a safe place/ warehouse for disinfection. We will not accept the returns to prevent the spread of covid. Thank you for your understanding.

*We are not responsible for shipping or custom delays. Do get in touch if your item hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date so we can escalate it.

We will process our returns on Fridays during busy times.


The shipping is out of our control once an order is dispatched. There are unforeseen elements that may cause delays. Please understand we will do everything possible for you to receive your products within the estimated delivery.


International orders, We will refund fully if you don’t receive your order after 8 weeks of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for returns postage.

Shipping

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, once dispatched it’s out of our control.

We are not liable for shipping delays that may occur through customs, and other unforeseen circumstances. Get in touch if your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated
delivery time. We will escalate it. We will only refund if the package is certified missing/lost, but will not refund
for late delivery. International buyers should wait at least 5 weeks before it’s declared missing.

Redelivery and Collection

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange a redelivery or collection when a delivery is missed.
We will not refund or replace if you fail to collect your items. If your items can still be redelivered and not destroyed by courier, International Redelivery cost of £10, and local delivery £5, will be applied.
