Gift wrapping and packaging
Bracelets are packaged in pretty organza pouch within a padded bubble mailer. A gift box packaging option is also available as an upgrade. In case of a gift box option, the bracelet pouches will be wrapped in a bow tie jewelry box. We can also ship your gift directly to the intended recipient. Please leave the address at checkout and a small note to the person/family (if desired) and we will include it at no additional charge.
Custom and personalised orders
We cater to all customization requests at no added cost! Please leave us a note on your customization preferences during checkout.
Business days
Business days refer to the weekdays (Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Wholesale availability

Care instructions
Our jewelry does not require a lot of maintenance or cleaning. To maintain the quality of your new jewelry:
- Remove it when going to sleep, pool, beach, or spa.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
- Store your jewelry in a cool and dry place.
Sizing details
Our custom bracelets are made to fit a recipient's wrist perfectly. For this, we require the age of the recipient. Therefore, please use the drop-down menu option called "Bracelet Size" during checkout and let us know the age of your recipient(s).
Shipping
Following are the estimated postal delivery times:
Canada: up to 9 business days
USA: 5-12 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Note that there can also be custom delays for international shipment. Therefore the above delivery times are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a certain date, please select the shipping upgrade option at checkout. Please make sure you give enough time for shipping! You will automatically receive a shipping discount if you choose to purchase more than one bracelet set as long as you checkout and pay all at once.
