I'm a little bit addicted to craft....
I am one of those people who could wander around a craft shop all day. When I get the chance to venture into a craft store, I am so inspired and all I can see are possible future projects. If only there were more hours in the day!
I am a mum, wife, and part-time office worker, so any left over time I can get, I will spend pouring over my latest project. I have always been a little crafty, but I first realised my complete passion for craft by becoming involved in our school's craft fair, ever since then it has been simmering in the back of my mind.
The name of my shop, well, it partly comes from my last name... But it also comes from shopping in those lovely shops who stock recycled, eco products with raw, natural textures - and they wrap everything in brown paper! Ah, one day...
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WASHABLE PAPER....
Washable paper is made from cultivated timber (not deforestation) and then is stretched and tanned similar to the process used to make leather. The result is paper that is tough and durable and can be used over and over again and even machine washed (excluding items with leather handles and trims). After washing, the paper will feel stiff, but will soften again with handling.
Some suggestions for your washable paper basket:
Use it to store plants, makeup, brushes, toys, craft items, bread rolls, jewellery – the list is endless.
If you use your basket to store a pot plant, please do not plant directly into the paper basket. Just place the potted plant into an open zip-lock bag and then pop into the paper basket.
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur between different rolls of paper (which is beyond my control), however, if multiple items are ordered, they will be produced from the same colour roll to ensure they match.
