Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of the product, which is made to order, we can only accept exchanges or returns if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item to assess the problem as soon as possible and resolve it. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We take between 2 and 5 (average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then you should add shipping times (5 to 7 business days), which is the average time it takes to arrive at your doorstep.
