4 out of 5 starsThe Item is very nicely created. Happy with the purchase yes. However one thing I am not happy with was the way the item was packaged. Due to the packaging it took me 30+ minutes to get to the item. I would have thought that the ring would have placed in a ring type jewelry box. Meaning the ring is placed inside a soft holding velour ring holder. Basically not impressed with the packaging other wise the item was well made, yes. I will purchase another ring like this one, however if possible I would prefer it to be placed in an actual ring box. Yes, I am really happy with the ring design. It is very nice. THE VERY, VERY HIGHEST NUMBER THAT I CAN GIVE U ON THE QUESTION OUT OF 5, IS 4.5. I DON’T GIVE OUT 5/5. THAT JUST WHAT I DO. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY ONLINE SELLER A COMPLETE PERFECT SCORE….

5 out of 5 starsI have edited my original review as after speaking to the seller about my disappointment in the size of the stones of the ring that I chose he messaged me and asked how he could help me. I explained about the pictures showing the different sizes of widths and my interpretation of stone sizes. The seller did not want me to be disappointed in any way so reached out to me and is sending me the larger stone ring for no charge !! What amazing customer service this is, customer happiness is at the top of this companies policy, I will definitely be ordering from here again as they make sure that we are 100% happy with our purchase.
