Can I get a pdf instead of jpg or png?
Although the majority of the prints are offered in JPG or PNG files, you can request a PDF file of the digital print you want. Just send me a message and let me know which digital print you would like a PDF file in and the email you want me to send it to.
Sizing details
I list sizing in the description of each listing. Please feel free to message me if you would like the design in a different size than what is listed.
Custom and personalized orders
I will do custom requests on a case by case basis. Send me a message and we can discuss customization further.
How do I access my digital item?
Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
