Custom and personalized orders
Custom sizing is always available.
Simply send me the exact measurements you need, and I’ll take care of the rest.
You can also add personalization details in the order notes after checkout.
Care instructions
Rugs can be machine washed at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
Please avoid wringing.
Materials used are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, shed-free, and suitable for everyday, year-round use.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
If you’d like to add a short gift message, you can include it in the order notes when selecting the gift option.
Returns & Exchanges
All JuRug rugs are produced specifically after an order is placed.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault or damage caused during shipping.
Every item is carefully checked before dispatch. If anything arrives less than perfect, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist.
Size Tolerance
Due to the nature of high-temperature digital printing, minor size differences of up to ±1–2% may occur.
This is considered normal within the production process.
Rug Thickness
Our rugs are designed with an average thickness of 3–5 mm, offering a comfortable feel while remaining durable and easy to place.
