Kerr Characters is a miniature business making miniature personalised giftware. We love our little figures, each of which is carefully handmade and hand painted to the highest possible standard. We passionately love what we do and really enjoy seeing people's reactions to receiving our novelty personalised figures - it's always a thrill to see somebody smile at receiving their Kerr Characters with a heartwarming personalised message. They are unique gifts that are guaranteed to make everyone smile! Each figure is carefully sculpted, cast and then hand-painted by Emma (our artist in residence) before being glazed. It's now that we add the personalised touch - giving your Kerr Character your very own personal message. They are the perfect gift for everyone and all occasions! Each figure is delivered in a plain white gift box so that it's ready to present and carefully wrapped for shipped to locations all over the world.

*PERSONALISED MESSAGES*
You can provide a personalised message either by adding a note as you place your order or directly via a Convo. Please ensure your message is no longer than 22 characters / letters or it may not fit on the base of the figure. If your message is too long we reserve the right to shorten it or use a standardized message instead (e.g 'World's Best Nurse').
*CONVOS *
All convos are answered that they are received, usually within 24 hrs.
*SHIPPING*
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours assuming that we receive your personalised message with your order. If you don't provide a message with your order we will hold your order for an additional 48 hours - if we still have not received a personalised message by then we will dispatch your order with a generic message (e.g 'World's Best Doctor'). UK orders usually arrive within 3 - 4 days. Experience tells us that International orders vary but usually arrive within 10 - 14 days.
