Each of our fine jewelry is MADE to YOUR ORDER, so we highly recommend you to get your correct ring size measured in a local jewelry store. Home measured size by yourself may not be very accurate.

Returns and Exchanges
Each of our fine jewelry is MADE to YOUR ORDER. We put a lot of effort and time into making each piece and they are customized to your specific size and choice of gold colour. So we only accept returns if there is a craftsmanship defect with the item, or you receive the wrong product for your order. In any of the cases above, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly take full responsibility to solve the issue.
If you would like to return your ring for any other personal reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. There will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from the refund for all returns unrelated to the craftsmanship error/problem. And it will be the buyer's charge for return shipping.
Resizing
If your order was made in the wrong size than the size you ordered, we will for sure resize it for free or refund you the cost for you to resize it at a local jewelry store which will eliminate the risk and cost of shipping a high-value item globally.
Most of our rings are easily resizable with a skillful jeweler.
Care instructions
14K/18K gold and platinum are considered very stable metals. They can be easily cleaned by natural soap and tap water. But do not use hard brush to clean them to avoid scratching.
Certain gemstones for example OPAL and PEARL can not contact with chemicals. OPAL is even very sensitive to water, please NEVER allow your opal jewelry to contact with water, oil and any chemicals.
Please contact us if you have question of how to take care your specific jewelry.
DO NOT wear jewelry when doing physical work such as exercise, hiking, housekeeping or gardening etc.
DO NOT expose jewelry to chemicals or high temperature.
