5 out of 5 starsWow shipping was really fast. Between placing an order and gactually getting it 5 days. Yarn is amazing , I have used it before. The only negative thing is , maybe lower the cost of the yarn and ship it something other than fedex , so people can buy more yarn instead. Thanks

Can I return opened yarn skeins?
Only unopened skeins with labels intact are returnable. Opened or partially used skeins, wound cakes, and cut lengths are not eligible for return.
Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. If you refuse to pay and the package is returned, shipping fees and any carrier return charges will not be refunded.
