Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Most customers find my jewelry comfortable for everyday wear.
I choose skin-friendly materials and finishes to help reduce irritation and discoloration.
However, everyone’s skin is different. If you have known sensitivities or questions about a specific piece, feel free to message me before placing your order.

Yes. Many designs can be personalized with initials, dates, symbols, or small details that hold meaning for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for personalized items.

Every order comes with simple, clean standard packaging that keeps your jewelry protected and presentable.

No pricing information is included in the package, so it can be sent directly to the recipient.
Can I ship my order directly to someone else?
Absolutely.
Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
If you would like to include a short message, you can leave a note with your order and I will include it in the package.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Each piece is made to order and prepared individually in my studio.
For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
