As we currently only sell digital items (coming out with non-digital items soon), we can not return any digital items. This is also the what Etsy recommends. However, a buyer can contact me if there are any issues.

Next to your order find the 'Download Files' button.You can come back to this page at any time to redownload an item you have already purchased.2) If you see the 'Thanks for your order!' page:1. click on 'view your digital files now'3) Finding it off of your emails1. Log onto your email account2. Find the email Etsy has sent you3. Click on 'View your files on Etsy'The order will not process immediately so you may need to wait a couple of seconds before refreshing
