Do you take customised and personalised orders?

I am glad to discuss custom and personalized orders – please, reach out in messages.

Do you have wholesale availability?

Yes, I accept wholesale orders. Unfortunately, I am the only artisan, so I can only fulfill small wholesale orders.

What is going to happen if I did not pick up the package and it was returned to the sender?

In the event that the package was returned to me due to your failure to collect it, the funds will not be reimbursed.

Are customs duties, fees and import taxes are included in the price?

The cost of customs duties, fees, and import taxes are not included in the price and are the full responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

You have 14 days to return or exchange the item.
Inform me within 3 days if you want to return or the exchange item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
I will refund item cost after receiving it and checking for it original condition.

Do you always deliver to recipient's home address?

We offer Standard shipping delivery method. Standard shipment does not have an exact guaranteed manner of delivery in the destination country to recipient's home address. The shipments are generally delivered to the pick-up point of the address of the recipient or it can be also delivered to the recipient's home address. Please note that it is beyond my control as Postal Service control this by itself.

What do I do If the parcel is delayed?

According to the law, the Post has a response period of 30-90 days during which the package will either be located and delivered to you or recognized as lost. If the package is declared lost, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. Please note that all the dates are approximate and beyond my control as I rely on the Postal Service to deliver the package. If the package is eventually located and delivered to you, but after a significant delay, no refund will be issued in that case.

What is your Cancellation policy?

I can accept cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. The exception is products with personalization.

What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?

If the product was damaged during the shipment, please provide me with a photo within 3 days from the receipt and I will send you a new product or refund.
