The item arrived very quickly.

1 of the balloons was perfect and the other, the sticker was not centered. Also, the stickers make the foil balloons lean over with helium.

I was very disappointed in the size of the picture. It looks like it was going to cover the whole balloon, but it covered a very small portion of the middle of the balloon.

I love the balloon. I didn’t see (maybe I overlooked) but it’s only printed on one side. Customer service was very responsive when I reached out after placing my order. They shipped within a few hours. Unfortunately USPS delivered it four days late so I was unable to use for event intended but will use for a later date. I will order more for December event. I wish it could be printed on both sides. Great quality though. Vibrant and the picture is clear!

Balloon was melted/ heated together.. other was ripped

Great product

The picture of my son started peeling off the balloon 2 hours after it was inflated with helium and taken to his h.s. graduation. Never made it through the outdoor ceremony with minimal wind blowing before it completely fell off. Disappointed. Would not buy again or recommend.

It was a nice surprised for the occasion!

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 personalized balloons and the shop owner used AI images instead of the ones I provided. I was hopeful when she corrected the issue and shipped me out two balloons done correctly. BOTH had holes in them and wouldn't hold air. I may as well as just thrown my money in the garbage. Time and money for balloons that could not be used.

This is my second time ordering from this shop ! I am so pleased with how the balloon came out. Everyone kept asking me about it ! I will definitely order from this shop again.
