Frequently asked questions
Do sticker orders come with tracking numbers?
Orders shipped using Standard Shipping are sent via Canada Post as letter mail, which does not include tracking. This untracked option helps keep shipping costs as low as possible for my customers. If you prefer to have a tracking number, I offer upgraded shipping through Chit Chats. You can select this option at checkout.
Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Etsy are estimates and not guarantees, as factors like weather and mail volume can impact delivery speeds. Unfortunately, I do not have control over these variables.
Are your stickers waterproof or weatherproof?
My stickers are laminated and water-resistant. They're great for laptops, notebooks, phone cases, and hand-washed water bottles. However, they are not dishwasher safe and not suited for prolonged submersion in water.
The ink I use is vibrant and high-quality, but it is not UV-resistant. This means colours may fade with extended sun exposure.
How long will it take for my sticker order to dispatch?
Dispatch time for stickers can take up to 2 weeks from the date of your order. If you have a specific deadline or need your order expedited for a special occasion, please feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that in these cases, I recommend ordering well in advance if you have a strict deadline.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Mindful Sticker Co. has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
My order hasn't arrived, what now?
I understand how frustrating it can be when your order hasn't arrived, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Please note that when you place an order, the delivery dates generated by Etsy are estimates, not guarantees. They are generated based on carrier averages and do not account for courier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume seasonal periods, etc. Once your order is with the postal service, its journey is unfortunately out of my hands.
With that said, if your order has not arrived after 25 business days (Domestic/USA) or 45 business days (International), please contact me and I will work with you to find a solution right away!
Do you accept returns/exchanged?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, if your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, I am here to help!
In the case of an empty package, please provide photos of the unopened, self-sealing plastic packaging showing it is empty, as this allows me to verify the state of my tamper-evident seals.
In the case of a damaged or defective item, please provide photos showing the specific damage to the product alongside the original outer mailing envelope so I can verify if the damage corresponds to visible wear or bends sustained during transit.
I cannot offer resolutions without these records to verify the condition of the shipment. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me maintain a mindful shop!
Will I be charged extra fees when my sticker order arrives in the U.S.?
Possibly.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the duty-free threshold on international packages. This means all shipments from Canada, even small sticker orders, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs (up to 35%), and/or handling fees charged by USPS or U.S. Customs.
