We offer wholesale costs and work with B2B or corporate clients to offer uniqueness or your own design/logo. Please email us if you require a quotation.
Sizing details
Sizes are displayed on each listing.
99% of our items are sized in total width.
We reiterate that adding lots of personalisation will make the letters of some items very small and therefore recommend purchasing x 2 of said item or one of our alternative items.
The width of an item will never be longer than the height and vice versa.
Custom and personalised orders
We design each order individually and create them just for you. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

Delivery & Shipping
We ship Royal Mail Second Class as standard which means there is no tracking number.
Tracked options are available.
If your item isn't received after you have had confirmation of postage, we cannot claim back postage or compensation from Royal Mail until 35 days has passed and we can only claim for special delivery/express items.
We have optional upgrades.
Express is same day before 12 noon and the only upgrade for guaranteed arrivals.
My item arrived broken or incorrect!
Simply pop us a message and a photograph or your item and we will resolve the issue immediately. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Where is my order?
Depending on which shipping option you selected at the checkout, for 1st class and 2nd class Standard mail, the tracking number you have been provided is purely for delivery purposes only. This code is not tracked through the network, only when it is delivered.
