If you forgot to send a Photo for editing.
★We will notify you about this by sending a message here on the site, as well as to your email. If within 24 hours of sending our messages, the customer does not get in touch and send a photo, the files will be edited and sent without a photo.
Will I get a preview or proof to make sure all my information is correct?
★ Add the following to your information ( mandatory) - “sample for approval please” - and I will send a proof via Etsy convo. During the approval process, you can make unlimited changes if you think they are necessary. After you confirm that everything is correct, I will send a high-resolution file to the email address associated with your Etsy account.
When will I receive my personalized invitation, tags, etc?
★ It usually takes a maximum of 24 hours to create a file. The final high-resolution version will be sent to the email address associated with your account via a link from the Etsy site.
★ If you purchased - Custom Invitation Design - In this case, you will receive the finished file in 24 hours.
★ Keep in mind this is a digital file, no physical items will be shipped or printed.
I can't print the file at home. I need a refund.
★ By selling you a digital product and editing it for you, we are sure that you have a quality printer, high-quality printing paper or you go to specialized places for printing, where you will print the purchased files.
★ We are not responsible for a faulty printer, inability to print file at home, or reluctance to use print anothers locations.
★ We do not refund if the customer received the file and did not use it.
★ After receiving the finished digital product - refund ar not available.
What type of paper should I print on?
★ Always print on white paper for best results, this will ensure a more accurate print design. Paper type are personal preferences, I recommend using matte / glossy photo paper or standard paper for print.
Refunds, cancellation
★ We make a refund if:
- you cancel your order after payment
- you have purchased the file again by mistake
- you have not sent any information for editing within 48 hours
