5 out of 5 starsI ordered my first clay tagine from Abdou. He was very friendly, talkative and helpful in thoroughly answering all of my questions; he even went so far as to offer me recipes for my first tagine! I also watched between 30-40 YouTube videos of tagine and Moroccan street food cooking. I to a Middle Eastern Market yesterday to buy some of the ingredients (including Preserved Lemons, Olives, saffron, many fresh spices, etc.) for my first tagine - Chicken Lemon and Olives Tagine. I must say that the quality of my tagine is precisely what I expected; just like some of those I saw in the Moroccan street food videos! Abdou has mastered shipping without breakage. He had the tagine wrapped multiple times with bubble wrap, and lots of stuffing inside the box. He also followed-up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safely!!!
