5 out of 5 starsExactly what a new signing agent needs! These flashcards covering the 50 essential loan signing documents are some of the best study tools I've bought for my notary business. The cards are thick and well made, and they feel substantial in your hands. The information on each card is clear and focused. I have ADHD, and when a resource throws too much at me I end up in analysis paralysis. These give me what I need to know about each document without burying it in extra detail, so I can study and actually retain it. I also bought the PDF version, and it's phenomenal. When I need to look something up fast, I hit Ctrl+F and find it in seconds. The sturdy box they come in keeps the cards neat in my notary bag, and it looks nice sitting on my desk too. If you're a signing agent, I highly recommend these.
