The actual item was drastically different from the likely AI photos and seller requested the item be sent back to Pakistan, at my expense, to issue a refund. The situation was resolved through Etsy customer service rather than the seller who did not respond to further messages once a replacement was refused.

1 out of 5 starsReceived the wrong color coat and seller dragged out promising to send me a replacement, then she tried to shake me down for an extra $60 in shipping. Seller should have immediately agreed to send the right one out to me and provided a return label for the incorrect color.
