PowerStitchDesigns one of a kind originals!
I started sewing as a child under my mother's guidance, and now am proud to offer her masterpieces "Grandma D's Afghans" in my shop inventory, in addition to my sewn items. Up until now, everything has been offered locally at craft sales and to friends and family, but I am proud to offer it to you here.
I make gifts to give family and friends for every occasion, then add a little extra in. So generally, I have a large stock of crafted end products in inventory at home, so it was suggested by friends that I try selling that stock on the internet.
Not only do I enjoy the design and creating process, but the excitement when an item is purchased and loved; makes me grin. Not to mention the times that buyers have contacted me on the internet saying they "have been looking so long trying to find an item and so glad that my shop is finally on the net", -well; that just makes me giddy!
I strive to make quality pieces that I would be proud for my kids and family/friends to use, and love. But most of all, I make items that are practical, sturdy and DURABLE.
I am constantly designing new items and try to add 1 or 2 new great things yearly. So please check back to see if one of my new items, might become your next favourite thing!
