Here are a few other things to keep in mind when ordering:
Where are the backdrops made and shipped from? My vinyl backdrops are made in Southern California and shipped from there as well. Made in the USA!
What are the backdrops made of? 100% premium (durable) 13oz Vinyl Material. The image is printed on the vinyl using only High Quality Ink. I also offer a smooth 18oz vinyl if you are doing close up product photography.
How strong are the backdrops? The backdrops are extremely durable and can withstand cake smashes (and cleaning up with some soap and water). They can also be rolled up and stored in the tube it came in and used over and over again. They are weatherproof and can outdoor conditions.
What if I fold it, will there be wrinkles? If you have to fold the backdrop and you notice that it left creases or wrinkles, not to worry! These can easily be removed with some light heat from an iron or blow dryer.
How do I know what size to buy? The best thing to do is to tape off an area on your wall (or floor, or both) and look at it through your camera’s viewfinder. Make sure you add room for multiple people or for props. Our 24” x 24” (and smaller) are usually used for product photography (photos of accessories, food, etc). Our most common size for infants and young children is our 48”x 48” backdrops.
What if the size I want isn’t listed? We can make your backdrop in ANY size. Just send us a message.
What if I want to add some text or even use my own image? No problem! We can customize your backdrop at no extra charge!
Are the numbers in any particular order? No, the order of the numbers doesn’t make any difference as long as you select which Orientation you want in the Styles drop down box (Landscape or Portrait) . Our 36”x48” is the same as our 48”x36 until you select the orientation: Landscape is Wide and Portrait is Tall.
What are Pole Pockets? Pole Pockets are an extra fold at the top of the backdrop material that allows you to slide the backdrop onto a pole or backdrop stand. Pole Pockets are just $10. Just specify if you want a Top Pole Pocket, Side Pole Pockets or Top and Bottom Pole Pockets.
What if I need the backdrop right away? No problem! We have expedited options for both Production and Shipping. With Rush Production if you order by 9am PST, we can ship your backdrop the following business day. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS from Southern California. Our expedited options include UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day.
Please keep in mind that we cannot control the transit of your order, so we recommend waiting until your product arrives BEFORE scheduling a photoshoot.
All orders are custom made from your order details. Therefore, we cannot accept returns and exchanges for any reason. Items that have been shipped and returned to us cannot be resold. If you receive your product and there is an obvious production defect with the image, you must let us know within 48 hours, with a minimum of 5 photos (close up from different angles, entire backdrop, packaging, etc). If your backdrop arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours so that we can help you work with the shipping company for any reimbursement. If you suspect that your order is lost, you must let us know within 48 hours so that we can contact the shipper and help get you updates regarding your package.
