Nora was incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure my custom painting was exactly what I envisioned. She worked with me on the custom 56” × 40” dimensions and several subtle color and texture refinements, providing updated photos throughout the process for my approval. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and willingness to listen to and incorporate my feedback. Even with my upcoming military deployment and tight timeline, Nora and her team went above and beyond to prioritize and expedite my order. All the items are Hand Made painting on canvas, no art prints sell in my store.
Custom and personalized orders
All our artworks are available in custom sizes to perfectly fit your space. Please send me your specific requirements, and feel free to contact me anytime with any personalized requests.
What is your production and shipping lead time?
Production takes 7–10 business days. Delivery generally takes around 15 business days. We will do our best to deliver your artwork as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring it is carefully packaged and handled with the highest standards.
Is shipping safe?
All artworks are carefully packaged for safe international transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with us to resolve the issue. Such incidents are extremely rare.
I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
