The Sallow Moon Family

All of my jewelry is made by me in my home studio, where I am accompanied by my 7 lovable cats and two Siberian Husky puppies--who "help" me in the studio. I started Sallow Moon Designs in 2012 as a way to satiate my jewelry and silver obsession. Sallow Moon has allowed me to fulfill my artistic energies while also pursing my intellectual goals of completing my PhD. in Gothic and African American literature.

My style is organic, eclectic, bold, and unique with a hint of the dark beauty of the gothic that always seeps in to each piece. I'm currently working to incorporate more of a primal, African vibe to my work and will introduce a few tribal pieces before long.

For me, working in the studio is my moment of zen and bliss and each piece is created with conscientious attention to detail and much love and care. I want my jewelry to make the wearer feel both beautiful and unique and to feel the inspiration and love that went into making it.
