If you need something shipped ASAP, message me after ordering. Most items ship out within 5 days after ordering; but I'm flexible. I usually ship on Sunday evenings.

USPS First class mail = 2-10 business days & Priority = 2-5 business days in the US but neither are guaranteed.

Insurance is added upon request at no charge to you; but you must request it in your order notes or in a message through Etsy.

Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility, refund won't be given if you choose not to pay and the package is returned to me.

I'm not responsible for items once they are in the hands of USPS. I see the same info you see with a tracking #.

Some items still have laundry + care instructions attached to the garment. If not stated otherwise, I recommend that all garments in my store be professionally dry cleaned or hand washed.

I package minimally in a recycled (and reusable) poly-mailer. I don't keep the materials around to gift wrap items.

All measurements are taken flat with a tape measure. I recommend comparing the measurements I've provided to a similar garment that you currently own to see how it compares. If you have any questions about a measurement or need additional measurements, please contact me before purchasing.

All sales are final regardless of fit. Refunds will only be negotiated if an item has been grossly misrepresented. I do my best to accurately describe all items including measurements and any flaws. Vintage, however, is preloved and can have some minor wear. If you feel as though something was misrepresented in my listing, YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR ITEM BEING DELIVERED. If a refund is agreed upon, buyer pays for return shipping.

Item must be returned in the same condition it was in before I shipped it to you. This includes the original price tag attached as it was when you received it.

Pensacola customers can pick up orders from my porch. Checkout with the coupon code “7DAYPORCHPICKUP” and the SH charge will be $0.00. I will notify you via Etsy when your order is ready for pickup (within 24 hrs). You’ll have 7 days to pick up. I will not remind you. Your packaged order will be labeled and will remain on my front porch for 7 days. If you fail to pick up after 7 days of being notified I will consider the order abandoned and you will agree to forfeit your order and will not receive a refund. You may request to have your order shipped at any time within the 7 day period but not after. If this occurs, I will send an Etsy listing for the cost of shipping (calculated) + $5.20 (Etsy listing & re-handling fee). 6233 Chablis Lane
