Customer service is great but the shipping is terrible and most of all the item looks very high quality in the pictures but seems very cheap and low quality in real life. Seems like a product I could have gotten at a fraction of the price on Amazon. I also do not see how the product was "Custom Made " for me. Not impressed.

1 out of 5 starsI never received my case. I reached out to the seller initially and received a response saying they would look into it. I requested that I be informed what next steps would be if the package is not received by the shipping company as it has been “pre-transit” for 10 days and they have not yet responded. I don’t know what the quality of the product would have been but due to poor service and shipping would not recommend buying from them!
