Frequently asked questions
What format are your products?
Most items are PDF files (some include PNG/SVG where stated). You can print them at home or at any print shop.
How do I download after purchase?
Instantly: go to Your Account → Purchases → Download Files. You'll also get an email link. No shipping, ever.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds aren't possible after download — but if a file has a problem, contact me and I'll fix or replace it.
Can I use your designs commercially?
Personal use is always included. If you want to sell products made from a design, check the item description for the commercial license — most items have one available.
Can you customize a design?
Yes! Send me a convo with what you need and I'll let you know if it's possible and the cost.
I can't open/print my file. Help?
Most issues are fixed by opening in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of a browser. If that doesn't help, message me — I'll help you step by step.
