While the item didn't work out, the seller is great. Very responsive and a nice person to work with. She is timely in her communication and the item was delivered fast.

3 out of 5 starsUnfortunately came packaged in a box that was too small so the hat was squashed and bent out of shape. There was glue residue on the hat and the flowers look cheap. It is a nice design but didn’t meet expectations.

We understand your concern, but we would like to clarify that our shop was not closed. We only temporarily turned on Etsy Vacation Mode while we were away. Vacation Mode does not mean we are avoiding this order or refusing to help. Your order was processed and shipped, and the package has a complete tracking record showing delivery. The tracking updates are provided by the carrier, not manually changed by us. If you did not receive the package, please contact your local carrier/post office and ask them to confirm the exact delivery location. We are also willing to cooperate with any official carrier investigation. However, we cannot accept assumptions that our shop was closed to avoid responsibility. That is not true.
