Purchases are for the DIGITAL art described in each listing for you to print yourself - no physical print or product will be shipped to you and frames are not included. Everything is done online. No shipping delays to worry about and no hassles with the post office!

For custom items (not Instant Downloads), you will receive a high-resolution digital file in JPEG format via email after approval of proof(s) for you to print.

For Instant Download items you will be able to download the items described in the listing directly from your Etsy Account as soon as payment is processed.

For Custom and/or Personalized items, you may do with the final JPEG file as you'd like - it's yours and it has been customized just for you! That means you may print the file as many times as you'd like and you may also share the file with your team, group, family, etc. for them to print themselves. Additionally, you may use the file to create something for personal use -- canvas art, mug, poster board, notebook, t-shirt, etc.

For Instant Download (non-custom) items, you may print the file as many times as you'd like for personal use only and may NOT share or resell the file in any format.

I do not ship anything physical to you -- this means no shipping delays to worry about and no shipping costs! Everything is done online via email and/or Etsy's convo system.

I make it a priority to provide high-quality printables and designs. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, due to the nature of digital image sales, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges in most cases. However, please know that if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, I will do my best to make it right!

This means that once work has begun on a custom/personalized order or after a custom/personalized order has been delivered, I cannot refund or exchange it. However, custom/personalized orders may be cancelled with 2 hours, as long as no work has begun.

Instant Download items are only refundable if you have not downloaded the file(s) you purchased.
