4 out of 5 starsThe bag is as described but, not sure it’s real leather and it does have a smell. I ordered the larger one which has a lot of room, it’s easy to get things in and out of, and the zippers work well with no sticking.

5 out of 5 starsI'm thrilled with my bag! I saw it on a friend and immediately fell in love with the same one. No regrets at all, I'm almost tempted to buy the black version again! The only downside is a strong musty smell for the first few days.

1 out of 5 starsSeller still sent the item that she has in stock rather than my specific order type. I ordered the “smooth” leather several times during our messages but still sent the one that actually looks faux pebbled leather. Seller used a template apology for dissatisfied customer, she offered 2 options: keep the bag with only 25% refund or full refund customer pays shipping. Its now the 2nd day since i asked for full refund instructions, no response yet. This is first time that i got very bad and claiming leather material from Etsy.
