1) Once your payment is confirmed, Corjl will send an email to the email address linked to your Etsy account.

2) Click the link, create or login to your Corjl account, and you’ll be able to access the purchased template.

You can also access your purchased item by going directly to
Corjl.com and entering your Etsy email, username, or order number.

➕ EDIT YOUR DESIGN ➕
You can edit your digital file online from your computer browser (chrome preferred) or mobile device (limited editing available), with Corjl's in browser software.
No app or special fonts need to be installed!

➕ Most text wording, font, color, size and placement can be edited
➕ Some text headings may not be editable, due to custom design elements
➕ New text boxes can be added as needed
➕ Graphics, clipart, and/or design elements are NOT editable
➕ Select designs allow you to add your own images

Save and come back to Corjl.com anytime to edit your files. Templates are available for 60 days or 5 downloads before they expire.

Once you’ve finished editing your template in Corjl, you can download your file in the following file formats…

➕ PDF – with options to add bleed, trim marks, & format multiple cards to a page (best for home printing or copy center)
➕ JPG – best for photo lab or online print shop
➕ PNG – best for social media sharing

A proof of your custom digital file will be delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase. You MUST APPROVE THE PROOF before the file will be delivered for printing. Once approved the final file will be sent to the email address linked to your Etsy account.

Each custom listing includes two rounds of proofs. Additional editing/proofs can be purchased in our Add-Ons section in the shop. When placing your order please ensure your information is typed exactly the way you would like it to appear on the design.

*Designs with photos included in the customization include an extra proof for a total of three rounds of proofs.

We understand sometimes a design is close to being perfect, but still needs a minor adjustment or two. Because we want to provide our customers with a complete design, we offer the option to add-on additional customization.

Each design includes your personalized information, such as, name(s), age, date, location, rsvp info, registry, etc. The layout, graphics, and wording will remain the same other than minor changes.

Should you wish to make changes to fonts, colors, wording, design format, or illustrations, additional customization costs will be added. The cost will be agreed upon between the customer and ThirtyThreeDesignCo prior to purchase.

Because the files being delivered are high-resolution, they are large files. I have attached most of them as a "zip" file. A zip file is used to compress larger files into one, to allow for faster downloading and easier delivery. To unzip the file and access your designs simply download and then right click on the file and select “unzip” or double click on the zip file (it depends on what kind of computer you are using). Once you unzip the folder you will be able to open your JPEG and PDF files.

Due to the customization of our items, no refunds are provided. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied so if there is anything you are unhappy with, please contact us so we can make it right.
