I am not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. My items are shipped First Class USPS unless otherwise requested. This comes with tracking information but NOT insurance.
This includes international orders. Once a package is shipped it is out of my hands. USPS does provide tracking information but I am given limited information once it leaves the U.S. and am unable to do anything unless insurance was requested/purchased.
