Love affair with embroidery
Ich habe als kleines Kind gelernt, von Hand zu sticken. Schneller Vorlauf zur Mittelschule und zum erforderlichen Hauswirtschaftskurs und Nähen.
Während dieses erste Abenteuer mit dem Nähen ein epischer Misserfolg war, lernte und verfeinerte ich meine Fähigkeiten weiter, schließlich bis zu dem Punkt, an dem ich die meisten meiner "Arbeitskleidung" in einer Unternehmensumgebung herstellte.
Für einen Geburtstag vor einem Jahr kaufte mir mein Mann meine erste Stickmaschine (eine Kombinationsnäh-Stickmaschine), und ich wurde besessen von Stich 3.
Von da an hat sich meine Liebe zur Maschinenstickerei zu einigen einzigartigen und funky Designs sowie zu Mainstream-Designs entwickelt.

I learned to hand embroider when I was a small child. Fast forward to middle school, and the required Home Economics class and sewing.
While that first adventure into sewing was an epic failure, I continued to learn and refine my skill, eventually to the point where I was making most of my 'work' clothes in a corporate environment.
For a birthday one year, my husband bought me my first embroidery machine (a combination sewing-embroidery machine), and I became obsessed on about stitch 3.
From there, my love for machine embroidery has blossomed into creating some unique and funky designs, as well as those more main stream.
