Order Tracking Information?
After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking code via message. If you have any inquiries, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
What If I Receive the Wrong or Damaged Item?
- We will support you to return if there is any problem from manufacturing defect
- If your item has any problem from production, please DON'T wash it, then take a photo of the damage/ fault, and contact us within 24 hours for a solution!
- Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
- Our refund/exchange time frame is 14 days from the date of delivery. We won't handle a case if the time frame is exceeded.
Return and Refund Guidelines?
We will accept returns for items that have manufacturing defects.
Refunds are issued only for incorrect or damaged items. If you experience this, please send us photos, and we will assist you accordingly.
Cancelling an Order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the 24-hour window has passed and you can’t cancel, it means your order has been processed and can no longer be canceled.
Lost Package Assistance?
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll do our utmost to help you track it down. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local shipping service.
Custom and personalised orders
All our products are custom engraved upon order. This means your item is made specifically for you and then shipped directly to your home.
