A Shop For Athletes By An Athlete!
Hi! Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my shop!
I'm Ram - a triathlete, dad, full-time professional, and part-time graduate student - and someone who loves triathlon, and endurance sports in general!! You can read more about triathlon and my personal journey on my blog at www.ticket2tri.com!
I created this shop because when I started swim, bike, and run training, I couldn't find a template(s) that was extremely simple, clean, easy to follow, and to the point (to provide a contrast between the sometimes chaos of a full time job, family, school, and my personal endurance goals! :D) So, I started building my own! I also like arts and crafts and wanted to create medal displays, so this is a perfect outlet for it!
The medal hangers I've created and listed are all sanded, painted, and put together by myself! It takes me about two hours for the entire process from first coat of paint to finish (not including going to my local arts and crafts store for the materials, and then taking the pictures for listings and posting it). If you ever want a custom made medal hanger (i.e. different background and word coloring, or different words - like maybe a name instead of "RUN") just let me know and I'll do my best to make it happen!!
The templates in the shop here are the ones I personally use to stay consistent, organized, and structured with my day-to-day training (imagine all templates in a binder, week-to-week, for tracking from start of training to Raceday). These include weekly logs, race day checklists, nutrition plans, training logs, and more, and are designed to help athletes/triathletes (new and pro alike) to stay on track and help crush goals! All templates are meant to be clean, simple, and easy to use whether you're training for your first sprint or your tenth IRONMAN. If you have any feedback, or would like to see a specific one added, don't hesitate to let me know!
A bit about my why:
After having raced all the triathlon distances (Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and full Ironman) and many running distances (5k, 10k, 13.1, 26.2, 50K) I realized that endurance training - to me - isn't about having the latest and greatest gear, always having to win or podium, or focusing on only pushing the longest distances. It's about the journey from the first day of training to the finish line, the friends we make and what we learn along the way, and the incredible transformation that happens in that timeframe. It's what draws me back to the sport, each and every time! I truly believe that you don't have to be the fastest, the best, the strongest, the smartest, etc - you just have to be consistent! With consistency and determination, anything is possible. In addition to the above, I'm truly passionate about helping others - especially as it relates to endurance sports. I was once a brand new triathlete with lots of questions too (still am!), so I am hoping I can help someone in their own journey towards their goals. I also love seeing the medals I've earned from past races, as they're a constant reminder that we can do hard things and consistency beats everything. My personal medal hanger brings me great joy and I hope I can help you with that too!
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope these tools help make your journey just a little smoother as you continue chasing your goals!
