Thank you for sharing your feedback. The hat was made from 100% natural cowhide leather, and since every hide has its own unique texture and shade, slight color variation is normal and adds to its natural beauty. As for the fit, genuine leather also softens and adjusts with wear, becoming more comfortable over time. I truly appreciate your understanding and support. Warm regards,
