4 out of 5 starsThe top part of the candle was snapped off in the box. We had to glue it back together as we only opened the candle on the morning and too late to get another one. My son liked the design though.

From start to finish, the service was amazing- communication was great, questions were answered thoughtfully and everything felt really smooth. The balloon itself was absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. The design was stunning and you can tell so much care and attention to detail went into it. The colours were perfect and matched the space so well, which made it even more special for the occasion. It arrived on the date I requested and in perfect condition, which I really appreciated, especially with how important timing is for celebrations like Eid. It genuinely added such a lovely touch to the day. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending to others. Thank you so much!
